Each individual may hold one (1) asiawin account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or different devices — is strictly prohibited.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, national identity number, registered Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly notify asiawin of any changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. asiawin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. You agree to notify asiawin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
asiawin reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that information provided during registration is false, inaccurate, or misleading.
All deposits to asiawin are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and FPX bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other supported Malaysian financial institutions. asiawin does not accept cash deposits or deposits made from third-party accounts not registered in your name.
Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed on the deposit page within your asiawin account. asiawin does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Deposited funds are credited to your asiawin wallet for gaming purposes only. asiawin is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on deposited funds. All funds held in your asiawin wallet remain your property but are subject to these Terms, including applicable wagering requirements.
asiawin may conduct anti-money laundering checks on deposits and may request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above specified thresholds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in deposit reversal or account suspension.

You may close your asiawin account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closures will be processed within 48 hours, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method.
If you wish to raise a dispute regarding a bet settlement, transaction, or account action, you must contact asiawin's customer support team within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
asiawin will investigate all disputes in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Our decision on matters within our operational control — including game outcomes certified by our providers — is final and binding.
